A recording that began as a natural lockdown project. Simon Callaghan spent much of the pandemic living in the home of his friend and long-standing producer Adrian Farmer, and this disc of Schubert's four-hand music was one of several albums to come out of that period — two masterpieces played by two musicians who, for once, had all the time in the world to rehearse them.
