With the London Piano Quartet — Michael Trainor (violin), Zahra Benyounes (viola), Jessie Ann Richardson (cello) — the Piatti Quartet, April Fredrick (soprano), Emily Holland (violin) and Miguel Sobrinho (viola)

William Blake runs through every work on this second volume of John Hawkins's chamber music. The title piece, Blake Visions, is a three-movement work for piano quartet; around it sit Urizen for viola and piano, Furzon for string quartet, Orc for two violins, the song cycle Portions of Eternity for soprano and piano, and Stranger, Lover, Dancer for solo cello — Blake's mythological figures given instrumental voices. Simon Callaghan appears with the London Piano Quartet, of which he is a founder member.

For release on 6 November 2026.
