Dyson Recording
A new recording, for release on SOMM in November 2020
I spent two wonderful days at the Menuhin Hall earlier in January, recording the complete piano music by George Dyson for SOMM. I was so happy to be joined by my dear friend Clíodna Shanahan to record (for the first time) Dyson's Concerto Leggiero in the version for two pianos. The disc includes a number of world premieres and I'm really looking forward to being able to share this lovely music with you later in 2020.
